Upgrading my system

My desktop pc has the foll specs:
gigabyte G31 motherboard (003LG92002605)
intel core 2 duo 2.8GHz processor
2 gb ddr2 transcend ram
160 gb seagate sata hdd
lg dvd writer
iball cabinet & SMPS(6615B13533)
19" LG wide lcd monitor
Nvidia Geforce 8400GS (512mb DDR3)

what should i upgrade in my system for smooth gameplay of games like mp3,skyrim,crysis 2,gtaIV,gtaV....etc
My budget is arnd 20000-25000..

Really for smooth game play would depend on in game detail as well but with out replacing it all a stronger GPU like HD6670 or HD7750 would help.

you would require a complete system upgrade. for your budget i would recommend the following new parts
Intel Core i3-3220
Gigabyte H61 d2h
corsair 8 gb ddr3 1600 ram
corsair cx430 psu
radeon hd 7750/7770 1gb gddr5
this new system fits perfectly in your budget and will allow you to play all games smoothly on your 720p lg lcd monitor
