Should i buy one of these PSU's

Hi
Im going to buy a new psu for my desktop pc, and i don't have a massive budget. These are the two i have found and are at the very limit of my budget.

Are these two good?? and will they be good for my system

System specs:
Asus M4A78LT-M (very basic)
AMD 1090t
8GB DDR3 ram (two sticks)
XFX HD5670 1GB DDR5
1 DVD RW
1 7200rpm 1TB hard drive

Thanks in advance

Hi - I'd opt for the XFX out of those two. You can't really go wrong,
but the cx is budget grade & the XFX pro is a step up.
