For a parm1 of 0x91:

The driver switched stacks using a method that is not supported by the operating system. The only supported way to extend a kernel mode stack is by using KeExpandKernelStackAndCallout.

So probably a driver side problem. Run 'sfc /scannow' and see if it turns up any problems.

This is one where having the full minidump helps, as it might list the driver that crashed, which can help narrow down why this happened.
