Is it my Power Supply??

Hi
my PC suddenly shut down no matter what I'm doing on it
and wont power on again if I press the power button until I totally unplug the power cable from electricity and plug it again
there is nothing overheated in the PC
there is no special time to my PC to do that sometimes after 5 minutes sometimes after 5 hours
my PC is:
i7-3770
z77-d3h
gigabyte 670-oc
8gb ram
thermaltake 850w esa
coolermaster v8

See if you can borrow someone's power supply to test it, from what you've described it sounds like its the power supply or the cable

I've tried another cable and the problem still exist
and I don't know anybody have a power supply over 250w to borrow
