Best gpu under 300

Hioo, I'm building a new rig and I've got everything plannedout except the GPU. I have a budget of under 300 on the GPU itself. The specs will be an AMD Phenom II X4 that ill probably overclock to 3.8 from 3.4 and an ASRock 970DE3/U3S3 AM3+ AMD 770 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard. For ram, the Pareema 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model MD313C81609L2 and the case is LOGISYS Computer CS305BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Enhanced SOHO Computer Case with a built in 480W Power Supply. So any suggestions? Thanks for reading :)

it will most likely beat the 660ti...This thing reaches 580 performance if not a tad more once overclocked :)  these overclock like beasts
