Extra asus gtx 570 DCII

So i have this extra asus 570. Brand new never opened. The gave it to me for my birthday. The thing is i allready have 2 in sli and is a 3 slot card and wont fit on my motherboard. So if you guys have any experience, if i go to a local retailer will trade it in for any other parts i want???

P.S : Its from amazon so no return to the seller and get something else...

Like most items you can't really bring it back to a store without a recipt. Some stores might though, you can call the different stores around you and check it out. In all honesty though I highly doubt a store would take it. Posting it on craigslist or ebay would be the best way to go.

No, i have the reicipt but its from amazon... it will not be from the guy i will visit to trade it

And most stores here are like small business running by their owner, so it is here i have hope...

Yeah, your best bet is to call them. But with PC parts being what they are I don't think its likely you'll get much luck with them. If someone buys it and it's defective they can't go to the vendor to get it replaced. It's worth a shot to try though.
