Hello, having just gotten a pretty good deal on one of these graphics cards http://www.yoyotech.co.uk/gtx650ti-1gb-kfa2-5400mhz-28nm-768-cores-928mhz-core-clock-mhdmi-dvi-graphics-card-assassins-creed-3-01g-p4-3650-k1 from a lad I know, I'm now faced with getting a new PSU.

I've done a fair bit of research, and I THINK that this psu http://www.maplin.co.uk/550w-xfx-pro-series-atx-psu-with-easyrail-technology-587550 should be suitable for my needs, what with the fact that the rest of my setup isn't anywhere near powerhungry, and I can get it for about half the price I'm seeing there. I just want to check if I'm correct in this?

Thanks.

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

Yes that XFX 550 watts PSU will work very well with that graphics card and even provide you with a little bit of headroom; not too much. Just right. And if you are getting a good deal go for it!

Cheers for the friendly reply, in that case I'll get right on it. Nice one!
