Monitor Screen Blinking Problem due to motherboard

My Monitor screen gets on and off(Blinking Screen) even after changing the new monitor same problem.

I am using ASUS M2N68-AM-SE2 Motherboard, AMD Athlon Processor, 1GB Ram, Samsung LED Monitor, 1TB hard disk.

I think this is the problem of Motherboard graphics.

Friends what do you think?

I think that the issue is your graphics card if you have one or possibly a driver issue.

Uninstall your integrated graphics drivers, then reinstall them and see how that goes.
