New Build Rookie Looking for Help

Hello,

I'm trying my first New Build/Hombuild.

I am trying to spend as little as possible, but want a decent machine and if it will improve performance, I will pay for it. I have a few parts so far based on reviews/sales.

Case: Coolermaster HAF 912
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 240 GB SATA III Internal
G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2x4GB)

I think I will get the i5 3750k 3.4 GHz for the processor
I would am leaning towards GTX 670 need help in brand.

I need a motherboard that will work with the case.
I need cooling help as well.
Also the minimum power requirements/brand suggestions.

I'm open to any hints or suggestions. Don't be afraid to talk to me like a child. I'm trying to learn and don't offend easily.

If there is anything I neglected to add let me know (I'm sure there is).

These should work your computer excellently. Also, only get the i5-3570K, this CPU cooler, and this motherboard if you intend to overclock the CPU to at least 4.3GHz. Otherwise, you'd be better off with a cheaper CPU and motherboard using the stock CPU cooler.
