Guys can you tell me which is the best

guys i will be buying a pc around a week so for display i have come down to these three display which one is the best

HP LED 2311F
or
Samsung 22inch LED Monitor Series 3 (S22A300)

plz help me choose from these some others available are

They are both full hd 1920x1080 but the Samsung one has better design whilst the HP one has slightly better contrast ratio, response time etc. Overall, its your choice whatever you find to be more important(design vs specs). They both will get the job done for you.
