7970 ghz
upcoming 7990(im not sure if powercolor will ever release their 7970x2)

the most expensive single gpu card would be the 7970 ghz, the 7990 and 690 are single part dual card gpus.

if this is in rs(indian currency), then thats a heckofa low budget

can't find any decent gfx cards at that budget. you could save up more money and expand your budget.

are close to (!) your budget limit but those are low end entry level cards. with a bit more budget you should aim for a decent entry level card like radeon hd 6670 or higher.

Save your money and buy a decent entry level / mid-range card ($100-$150), don't waste it on a cheap card.
