All compatable, but you've got no aftermarket cooler, if you want to OC. If getting one, be sure RAM is low profile, to avoid any clash.

I've been told they won't with an HC 212 Evo hopefully , but that's in the future.

To be honest, not sure with EVO. I tend to take the attitude, low profile RAM ENSURES there's no clash. However, if you're not doing straight away, it's usually possible to find some cooler that won't clash. Other than that, I don't see any obvious "issues". Happy building.
