what is the budget?
for 720p, any one from these cards will do - radeon hd 5570, 5670, 6570, 6670, 7750 1 gb ddr3/gddr5. gddr5 is preferable for higher memory bandwidth resulting in better gaming performance.

Probably an HD7750 for around $90

(should easily work within your existing power envelop)

How about you get a job (mow lawns, wash cars, etc) and save up some money? That's what I did when I was a kid. If I wanted something nice, I worked my butt off and saved up the money to buy what I wanted. A decent video card and computer monitor can be had for less than $300 today! Just do your research and you can find all sorts of deals out on the internet. Your question sounds lazy in that you can't even spend the time to do reearch let alone earn the money necessary to buy the hardware you want. Typical youth these days...always want something handed to you without first earning it....

Your budget should cover the HD7750, and may allow an HD7770 if your PSU is solid with clean power and enough wattage.

The HD7750 does not require a secondary power connection.

radeon hd 7750 seems to be out of your price limit, msi radeon hd 7750 (dual fan) is around 8000 INR.
there is one 6770 for 6860 inr - msi 6770, currently out of stock.
sapphire 6750 1 gb gddr5 is around 6583 inr,
msi r6670 md1gd5 (radeon hd 6670) 1 gb gddr5 is around 5762 inr and is under your set price limit (but it's out of stock atm).
his radeon 6670 1 gb ddr3 is around 5208 inr.
check with your local suppliers for more/cheaper prices if you can. based on the price, msi 6670 fits your requirements.
