It should. In the cooler master's website, it's written : "Supports high-end graphics cards up to 315mm / 12.4" in length, including AMD HD 7970 and NVIDIA GTX 690"
which are the longest cards.

I don't see any reason why not, the one picture says it'll fit the HD 5970 which is ~5cm longer than your card
