My printer is printing rubish.
When I get a document in email, i can not print it.
Please hep me solving this problem.

posting your info like that is just begging for trouble. In regards to your printer problem, perhaps you could be a little more specific. Is the problem strictly that the attachment will not print, or that the email message will not print if there is an attached document? By the way, Outlook has an option that when set, email attachments will not print.
