Upgrade to a A10-4600m?

I have an HP pavilion G6 A6-4400m currently. A seller on ebay is selling a slightly used A10-4600m (quad core) chip for 75, plus 30 for shipping. Is it worth it to upgrade?

im fine with taking electronics apart btw so thats not an issue.

Or should i wait it out until these chips really come down in price? I believe these are still fairly new architecture?
