Intel Chips?

Just wondering about how these 2 CPU's compare for gaming. And your reasons why

Intel i7 2600 vs Intel i5 3570K. (Note, the 2600 is not "k")

I will be using Crossfire for Eyefinity with either 2x 7970's or a single 7990. Also dont plan on overclocking if its not needed.

newer architecure

about 10% faster than sandybridge clock for clock

and the overclocking option is there should you decide to later

Definitely the i5. The i7 will be slow at stock and can't be pushed later for more performance.
