So a couple weeks ago i was watching videos on youtube, and i randomly got a blue screen of death. After that i couldn't load any Youtube videos, when i tried to watch a video, youtube videos would just show a green screen, and then freeze my Firefox and IE. I updated to the beta driver(12.6), and the videos would show a green screen for a few seconds, then start playing the video. When i play games, i get fps lag, i had no problem playing most games on max detail before, now i have to play everything on low detail. Can someone give me a hand, i have no idea if this is the driver, or the actual graphics card, or maybe something else. Here's my Dxdiag in the spoiler.

I have never found an answer in a dxdiag report.

The post blue screen error message would be useful though as well as any warnings or errors in Event Viewer.

Have you done a system restore to a pre-BSOD state ?

Have you completely removed drivers and reinstalled ?
-Uninstall driver, reboot
-run registry cleaner to remove all things driver GFX related, reboot
-install new driver

Have you reinstalled OS ?

One possibility would be that something shorted out, causing the bluescreen and then damaging the system. Moisture or condensation can sometimes do that. If this is the case, then it's most likely on your hard drive or graphics card, but may be other places. The quickest way to tell is by visual inspection. If you see a burn residue, then you have your answer. If not then you have to do some testing. If it's your hard drive then most likely there will be corrupt files, so run the check disk utility and see what happens. You can also try reinstalling your OS, but leave that as a last resort.

Do you have access to the .dmp file? Use Blue Screen Viewer to see what caused the crash.

I've haven't done a system restore, I've reinstalled my driver, used driver sweep, then upgraded my driver, and i haven't reinstalled my OS.

A number of things:

First open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow then press enter. Wait until it finishes, then post results.

Then:

Do you have PowerDVD installed?
Do you have Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120 installed?
Do you have the latest chipset drivers installed?
What games are using Tages?
Do you have Diablo 3 installed?

The .dmp points to corrupt Windows files and possibly broken application files. The system file checker should fix the corrupt Windows files.

"A driver is installed that causes stability problems with your system. This driver will be disabled. Please contact the driver manufacturer for an update that is compatible with this version of Windows"

Sounds to me as if there was some driver corruption, and your system reverted to onboard graphics afterwards.

Completely uninstall your Drivers,(restart) and then use Driver Sweeper to clear every last bit of data (restart) and finally re-install the most up to date drivers, restart and your problem should be solved.

It's scanning now, taking a bit of time(only 20%). I have Daemon tools installed, not sure if i have the latest chipset drivers, not really sure what Tages is, and i have D3 installed, but i haven't played it in months.

Here's the scan results:
C:\Users\Matt>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

C:\Users\Matt>

I'm gonna go try what Azathoth said.

Okay, so i did what Azathoth said, it gave me an error while installing, and still completed the install, i got the log but it doesn't show an error on it. I updated the Chipset and Daemon tools. I'm gonna go check if im still laggy in games. Youtube still does the green screen for a few seconds before showing the video. Here's the install log from Graphics driver update.
