Hi,

I've just got an 8910 and it has a couple of problems.

1) sometimes it cracks at both ends of the call and

2) more worryingly sometime when I ring someone, I can hear them
but they can't hear me.

Any ideas what might be wrong with it, is it something I'm doing wrong ?

Take it back, it's faulty.
(from an 8910 user who's had no problems with it)
