Some specs are:

EVGA GeForce GTX 670

Samsung Pro series SSD 128g

WD Black 1TB

CM HAF XB case

Not sure on motherboard but Z77 chipset

Thanks!

The Seasonic 620 is a better fit if you have good cable management, the 550 if you need a modular PSU. Both are fine choices.

Very little to sway one way or another. Both are modular and
net to same price. I'd prob go with the SS550 only because
of it's gold efficiency vs bronze, but the diff would only be
pennies per month in electr cost.

My vote goes to the Seasonic G Series 550W.

Modern circuit topology and less heat generated due to better efficiency.

Better quality polymer capacitors on the VRM output side should last longer than the traditional electrolytic capacitors.
