Decent. I think that you should switch out the RAM and opt for a larger 5400/7200 RPM HDD. I see you haven't chosen a graphics card. For water cooling, I recommend the NZXT Switch 810.

Well I don't really use much space on my computer at all. I have a 5 year old Pentium 4 with a 250GB HDD, and I havent even used 1/2 of it yet. But if you say so. And Im keeping the Cooler Master, no doubts. And last, I will be using my Radeon HD 6990 right now, because the total cost of the system is a little bit less than that of what I have to spend, so Ill upgrade it within the next 2 months, to probably a GTX 680.

The Radeon 6990 is generally a little faster than the GTX 680, so that'd be a waste of an upgrade at best and a slight downgrade at worst, depending on what games you play and at what settings. If you have a huge power bill, then the 680 might be able to pay for it self figuratively within a year or so, but otherwise, it's not worth it. Besides, a GTX 670 is about $100 cheaper than the 680 and has nearly identical performance.
