Netgear n300 wifi not working

Hello,
my wireless was connected to my laptop and was working fine untill the other day the wifi and the wps light went off i have try'd pushing the buttons to turn it back on again but it did not come on and it is still not working. The power/test light is blinking green and the internet light is on at green but not blinking
I have disabled and then enabled my wirless router and still no wifi

Can you please try and tell me how to fix this problem?

push and hold the wireless button until the light comes on. might take about 10 seconds.
