Will this case be able to fit an extended ATX motherboard into it?

Please could you send which motherboard you are regarding to?

E-ATX motherboards will only fit in E-ATX cases.
Generally E-ATX motherboards are around 100mm wider than standard ATX motherboards.

I would recommend getting a full tower case as that is a large motherboard and most probably wouldnt fit, its not worth taking the risk of buying the case and having to send it back.
 
An eatx.board will not fit in an atx case.

You really probably ought to look for another board. Its over priced and I am not sure what the point of having 3 PCIE slots is when the last two will run in x4 if all are used. Certainly not for SLI or Crossfire
