Running a 4 monitor rig off 2 x Nvidia Quadro NVS 295 cards (dual output). 2 screens repeatedly freeze and display a garbled checkered pattern. The computer becomes unresponsive at that point, and must be restarted, which temporarily resolves the lock up. Some pics are attached. The monitor pair which freeze run off the same video card. Based on that, I suspect it's a faulty video card? The system performed great since purchase (7 months ago). No problems. Acted up last week.

System specs:

Dell Precision T3400
3 GB RAM
XP SP3
2 x 2 x Nvidia Quadro NVS 295

Thanks in advance :)

Takes time. Maybe after an hour - hour and a half after a cold boot-up. Then, it freezes.

Thing is, I monitored system temps with CPUID Hardware Monitor.

One card ran around 53 C. The other ran hotter - 61-62C, max?

Is that hot enough to cause a freeze up?
