No fan clearance on new build

I am building a new system with a CM 912HAF case. While installing the cooling system(Corsair H100) I run into the following clearance problems. Please see picture>>>

1) When I install the radiator it cuts off clearance to rear fan making it impossible to keep it in place.
2) When you install the back fan onto the radiator it will actually hit the motherboard and not allow me to install.

Anyone have a similar problem, or know of a water cooling system that will definitely work with this case? Thanks
