Is 550W enough?

Hello,
Is 550W PSU enough for over clocking CPU a little with water cooling and also fairly high end GPU such as HD Radeon 7770?

Yes, more than enough, and the 7770 isn't a high end gpu, it's a low end gpu.
It will do even for two 7770 CF.

If you don't, just get the 450W, is more than enough for it, with plenty of room to spare.
