Is 550W enough?

Is 550W PSU enough for over clocking CPU a little with water cooling and also fairly high end GPU such as HD Radeon 7770?

easily.. the OCZ will be fine as long as no second card...

Yes, more than enough, and the 7770 isn't a high end gpu, it's a low end gpu.
It will do even for two 7770 CF.

Yes, it fits, there's also the 550w version if you want to add a mid/high end card(with two pcie connectors).
