Choosing a thermal interface material

my cpu is an i5-3570k. my cpu cooler is a noctua nh-d14. which TIM would yield the best thermal conductivity for over-clocking? this is my first build. all help is greatly appreciated

I read around a bit and I have seen allot of good things about the AS5 but people say its old and i'm curious if there are better newer TIM's if not I will order Arctic silver tonight. thank you!
