This is what i'm looking at. I already have a 750W PSU and another 1TB drive Monitor & Keyboard. Does this look like a solid setup and all of the components work together? I'm open to ideas and criticism. I have a 850$ budget give or take.

Nothing shows up on your link other than choosing parts.

You don't really need a sound card unless you do really want one. Also I would get a newer Ivy Bridge processor. Finally a better CPU cooler is the Hyper 212 EVO. I added all these changes to your build, keeping it around the same price. If you have any questions please ask.
