Dd-wrt repeater connecting to network

i have a linksys wrt54g 5.0 w/ddwrt firmware installed on it. i joined a network now i cant log into my router even w/ ethernet cable

Have you tried resetting the router by pressing in the button on the back?

Make sure you're using the right address by checking in Command Prompt - type ipconfig and press Enter and the address you want will be described as the Default gateway. If you get to the login page, I believe the default login name is linksys and the password is blank.
