Anybody know how I can copy the names/numbers from a Nokia 7250 to an Ericsson
R380?

You can transfer contacts in the following way:

1) Export contacts to MS Outlook, Lotus Notes or .CSV file with Oxygen Phone
Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/ )
2) Import contacts from MS Outlook, Lotus Notes or .CSV using data
synchronization software for SonyEricsson R380

Also Oxygen Phone Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/ ) allows data export to
..VCF (i.e. virtual card) format. SonyEricsson R380 should accept .VCF files
by infrared connection.
