Not sure if it's worth the extra money .

Also would like to know if the CPU and MoBo that I have chose will support in the future upgrade to 64GB RAM ?

The GPU is just for basic stuff and basic gaming ( CS fan )

Any other suggestions for improve are welcomed

Thanks for reading

The charts here in the following link shows that Quad Core i7s are doing much better than the 3930K in Audio conversion, I don't know why!

Also here in the original review of the 3930K and 3820, the i5 2500K and i7 2600K and i7 3820 are doing better than the 3930K

For video editing you can be sure that more cores and more threads are always betters that's why the 3930K/3960X doing better.

I suggest you swap the 3930k for i7 3820 or the newer Ivy 3770K.

Also, not sure if you still need this huge amount of RAM, I guess 16 GB will be more than enough unless you are running lots of programs at a time.

Everything else seems to be fine except for the GPU, this high end build needs a decent GPU even if you're not playing too much, GTX 670 or HD 7970 will serve you in the long run.

I'm not sure if its about audio conversion . I use main program like Cubase or Ableton and inside it there is alot of channels and plugins that need the CPU . The RAM is for some big library based programs so 32GB is must for me .
