Can an CPU be damge for being at 100%??

Hello, i have an dual core CPU, and last day i left my PC on and the antivirus start's an scheduled Scan, and when i can back after 2 hours ´see by the AI Booster is that the CPU was at 100% booth cores, at one temperature of 36 degrees (in idle stays in 32Cº) my question is, can somehow the CP be damage for being to must time at 100%?

Nope. The only way parts get damaged is through excessive heat or excessive voltage.
