Using Bios for more GPU memory

I'm a noob, I have this

didn't realize the shitty intel graphics card when I bought it, is there anyway I can add more memory to the graphics card, change the graphics card completely (I'm fairly sure that it's built in to the motherboard), or do something with bios to use some of the extra RAM I don't see any use for in the forseeable future as graphics?

Theres not much you can do, the on board video shares memory with the RAM, so adding more RAM in some cases can help but you already have 8GB so in this case it won't.
