New HTPC build :

A6-3500
ASRock A75M
GSkill 4GB Ram
Corsair 430 builder series PSU

Got it all together last night, windows installed perfectly. However after powering off it will not power on. I can see the CPU fan cuts on very low RPM when I press the power button. Will not turn back on until I cut the main power fully. At first I thought it might be a heat issue so I let it sit off all night, but same situation this morning. Reset button also works perfectly fine. Not sure where to go with this on a new computer.

I guess I'm confused as to how it can boot and reset perfectly fine, but not the second time around. I've tried reading up but not found someone with problem occuring the exact same way. This is only my second build so I'm still learning. Other possible answers I've seen are bios update, memory issue, and cmos reset? Are any of these likely?

This morning I cleared the cmos jumper, unplugged every cable, switched ram dimms, an same issue. I just dont understand why the second boot woud be any different than the first, but first boot is perfect everytime.
