Problems Posting New Computer

This is my first custom built computer and everything is ready, but it won't post. When I switch on the psu switch two leds on the mobo light up, but when i press the power button nothing happens, the computer and the fans dont turn on. Also the psu fan doesnt turn on. Case (Rosewill Challenger)

You may have the power switch lead in the wrong position. Try removing all the case leads off the motherboard and move a plain flat screwdriver around the pin cluster until the system powers up.
