What is molex ?

i saw vid that explains how to connect LEDs to PC case and i need 4 pin 12v molex to connect the LEDs, first at all, what is molex and its comes from the PSU right? and where to connect it ?

Sorry for the ignorance, i really doesnt understand about PSUs

There is a female and a male version.

They come directly from the power supply, if you need a 4 pin molex to power the LEDs, you'll need to find a spare molex connector coming out of your power supply.

Before doing this, unplug the pc, and touch an unpainted part of the case :)

2 questions: how do i know if the female molex is 12v ? and what do i need to do if i dont have spare molex?

They are all the same. You shouldn't have to worry. Most decent power supplies(guessing yours is since it is in what I figure is a non oem windowed case you are adding led track lighting to) have plenty of spare molex connectors.
