Suggestions on new rig

I didn't see a cpu cooler you should get one for a k cpu. I would recommend getting a i5 3570k over the i5 2500k. Also if you're getting a asrock pro just get the pro3. Forgot to put cpu cooler on there, but there will be one. Might just take 7850, 21 watts less power and should runner cooler and quieter. Was thinking 2500k for better overclocking with less heat.

The heat with the i5 3570k @4.2 is just fine. Also the i5 3570k @4.2 will match a i5 2500k @4.6. No real need to go over 4.2 when overclocking except maybe for bragging rights.

I like this build but the case seems like it could be subpar compared to 550 for sound dampering and temp. Am I wrong?
Also the psu i picked is well rated and Gold certified. Do I need to go 750w to power this system you built? Efficiency and sound are important.
