Hard Drive issue

Hey guys, just built my first comp and am having an issue with the hard drive. I have a 120 GB SSD with the OS installed on it, and that is working fine. The second HD is a Seagate 2TB Barracuda and it is not recognised in windows. The BIOS can see it, and I can also see it in the device manager, but not in the My Computer section.
So my question is what is going on?
Any help would be appreciated...
