So I bought a Spyder4Pro a few days ago and I received it this morning. I don't do any kind of graphics or photo work, I simply bought it because my Dell U2311H's colour looked strange to me. The white's are yellowish and when I change to a different preset they then look blueish. I got the pro version mainly because I am using a dual monitor setup with the Dell U2410 and thought I might aswell calibrate that while I'm at it too for an extra £30. So after calibrating both monitors I realized that absolutely NOTHING changes except from the brightness. I know this because after you have calibrated the monitor you can switch between what it previously looked like and the calibrated version, and they look identical except from the fact that the calibrated version wasn't as bright. So basically my question is to you guys is; did I just get a broken calibrator or do these monitors not calibrate well with the Spyder4Pro? Just worried that I wasted £115 for nothing.
