This AMD Build or another Intel Build?

I have two builds to choose from and my budget is a maximum of £400. (I have a copy of Windows 7 and a HD monitor already)

Preferably I'd really like to go for the first build but I'm not sure if that AMD Phenom will bottleneck the powerful GTX 560 Ti? Thanks for the help.

Get an i3 instead of an i5 for the intel build and you'll be good on price.

Intel for sure, better to upgrade and just the i5-2400 with HD 7770 can run Crysis 2 on max settings 45 fps
