Connect IP TV cable box to Laptop

This is a somewhat specific question so didn't know what to search for. In case, it has already been answered, please close this thread.

So I got Cincinnati Fioptics TV (http://www.cincinnatibell.com/tv/packages/) service yesterday and have a single hd cable box (ZTE I suppose) connected to my HDTV. I wish to get cable on my laptop using this box. Is it possible without getting a separate box?

Also, what type of tuner card will give me the best quality (ideally, the same as on the TV)?

EDIT: Some more info:

IPTV STB is ZXV10 B700 V3 and has HDMI out + composite audio/video out interfaces. Can I use both these interfaces at the same time to connect two monitors?

EDIT2: Since its an IPTV, can I use something like dvblink for IPTV (http://www.dvblogic.com/iptv.php) in conjunction with Windows Media Center? Also, how can i get the channel list m3u file for Fioptics?
