Hi everyone i have a AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core QL-64 and windows reports it at 1.05Ghz instead of 2.10Ghz.

It may just be throttling down because the computer is idling. That's a power-saving feature. Run a stress test and the CPU should run at proper clocks.
