Creative CT5807 Sound Card

Does anyone know where I can find the driver for my CT5807 Creative Sound Card without having to download a "driver download manager" as seen on C/NET and other sites?

If no Windows 7 driver, you'll have to buy a new sound card. Creative Labs do not write new drivers for every model, especially old ones.

I have an XP machine and upgraded to Windows 7. I have a few different sound cards I can try. Is there such thing as a "generic driver" for this?
