If it is a quality PSU, 450W should be plenty. I'm currently running a Pentium D, 9800GT, two HDD's, 1GB ram and DVD burner from a 300W PSU.

For a system using a single GeForce 9300 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 300 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 18 Amps or greater.

What is the brand and model number of your 450 Watt power supply unit?
