450w watt power sypply enough to power specified components?

I have a nVidia 9300 geforce graphics card, segate 320GB and WD caviar green 2TB internal hardrive, and a DVD burner will my 450w power supply be enough or should i upgrade?

If it is a quality PSU, 450W should be plenty. I'm currently running a Pentium D, 9800GT, two HDD's, 1GB ram and DVD burner from a 300W PSU.
