For those games, particularly BF3, the nVidia GTX 670 would be better than the Radeon HD7950. Of course, it depends on price and availabilty, where you are. MSI make good versions of both, if you can get them, or Asus, Gigabyte, Evga.

There is nothing there that says "change me". Will all work well together. Without knowing what games you like to play, not possible to say if there are "better" choices, but doubt there are significantly better ones. Monitor is a decent, budget, one. The only slight criticism, I'm aware of, is that stand is not particularly stable, so can be easy to knock it over.

The Z77 motherboard + an aftermarket cooler(for CPU), like a CoolerMaster Hyper 212Evo, would give you the ability to overclock processor. Also, though doubt it important, would allow you to fit 2nd nVidia card, if you decided, on that, for graphics.
