Videocard Prerequisites

I want to upgrade the HD 5770 in my 2-year old Dell XPS 8100 to either a HD 6970 or GTX 570. I would like to know whether the stock power supply (350 W), cooling system, case, etc. will be adequate for either of these cards and would appreciate any recommendations if they are not(I have about a $200 budget aside from the GPUs). Right now the video card runs at about 70 degrees Celsius max.

Everything is fine apart from the power supply. There's no way those cards will work with it. I'd recommend getting this one:
