Which PSU is needed

Hello, I need to know which PSU my pc will need. Could i also get recommendation on which one to buy, preferably quieter ones but not more than £100.00 please.
specs:
Coolermaster HAF 922 Mid Tower Chassis
Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K CPU
Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-D3H
4 Kingston Technology 8GB 1600MHz RAM cards
XFX ATI Radeon HD6970 2GB
XFX ATI Radeon HD6950 2GB

I might do some light overclocking.

are there any changes i should make to this PC and is Kingston RAM good or shall i get Vengeance at the same speed and RAM amount?

More about which needed
  1. You have an amd board for an intel cpu, that board is from amd and it's for FM2 cpus, get a lga 1155 motherboard, with chipset z77, like the asrock z77 extreme 4.
For that system, a quality psu with 750W is more than enough, here's a quality psu : http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0045L4BJ6/
  2. i feel pretty dumb for not noticing that.

  4. It's fine, but if you want a 850W psu : http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0045L4BNW/
Usually ~60 amps for it is plenty for two 6970/6950.
The xfx 850 xfx has 70A on its rail, so you will be fine.
