Is it worth upgrading my hd 6950 to gtx 670?

I was gonna upgrade this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161372 to this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130787 . I game at 1920 x 1080. Will I notice a big difference and does it justify the cost? Or will it be better to wait for 8xx series to come out and then upgrade? Also, will my card hold til then?

personally, i'd wait, but changing would probably allow you to readily have AA on at all times. but that's all user preference.(i would follow 2 generation rules on upgrades)

maybe wait till the 6950 becomes more rare and the price goes back up so you can recover some more of the cost.
6950 new is about 200 now
