Will it run? BF3 CPU concerns

Hey guys. I just built my new system from scratch. I have an XFX 7950 3gb card and FX 6300 CPU. (If you need more ask) my concern is that it will bottleneck and kill my fps. Can I run it with 45-60 fps on ultra or high settings? This is really important because I don't want to get it and then not run it well. Responses are appreciated.

the 7950 is capable of close to 60 fps.

the 6300 will work well with that card, but it may help to push it to 4.0 ghz instead of 3.5 stock.
  3. Should be a great system for BF3.

I only have a 500w psu so I don't think ocing my CPU is possible in all reality. Is that fps number stable, min/max, average, etc? Thanks for the answer too :D
