More about graphics card
  1. if your playing battlefield for the most part, i would side with the Gtx 560(even though the AMD 6870 generally performs slightly better than other games)
  2. Initially I would say don't upgrade until you get that Haswell CPU.

    What is your current GPU?

This one is your best bet, because Battlefield 3 works best on nvidia cards:

It won't run it on ultra settings, but should run on high settings at 1920x1080.
  4. ok you know what I am going to have to revise my budget to $150 because all of your suggestions are on the high end
  5. Radeon HD 6850 ~the 150$ point new.
  6. Is a 560 at 150 after rebates good
  7. its fine
  8. $170 BEFORE rebate. Priced exactly per the original post and know for a fact (cause I own it) that it runs BF3 perfectly fine aka almost everyhitng MAX.
